With cautious optimism we call all to meet under the banner of friendship in the illustrious
lands of the Golden Moose and celebrate the ending of plague mandates across the land while
simultaneously showing our marshal prowess to the raiding barbarians! In the time of our
forebearers such momentous occasions were marked with great pomp and circumstance, grand
tourneys of parades and chivalric deeds, to which we shall add our A&S displays, and bardic

Barony of Arn Hold

Greetings all! The ongoing plague may have deterred our plans for a Midwinter Ball, but we shall make it up with a full day of revelry with the return of warm weather!

You are invited to come celebrate May with us at the Expo Idaho Western Town. Daytime activities will include spring/May themed A&S classes & children's activities, a Maypole, an A&S social ("stab and gab"), and a heavy fighting prize tournament. We will also be determining the Baronial A&S Champion, and the Baronial Rapier Champion.

Greetings all! You are invited to join the Barony of Arn Hold in a
winter celebration of dancing and merriment. The event will consist of
a A&S Social (potentially with classes) in the afternoon, and dancing
into the evening. Other activities pending interest.

To provide levity into the darkness of winter, the theme of the event is
"What a Character!". Attendees are encouraged to interpret a modern
character into SCA period dress or accessories. Prizes will be awarded
for both dress and accuracy in identifying characters.

To all the Good Gentles of Artemisia. The Barony of Arn Hold cordially invites you to witness amazing deeds
of daring, hear the clash of weapons, see bravery, honor and the dream come alive.

Please join the Barony of Arn Hold for a night of jest and revelry as you aren't. That's right "Come as You Aren't" is this year's convivial theme. We shall see who can remain incognito the longest, uphold our traditional Lord and Lady of Color competition (So wear your colors') Trade garb with a friend (or enemy) or simply wear something you wouldn't normally consider. Who knows what else will be Topsy-turvy? Please accompany us for an evening of senanigans and tomfoolery!
